How booking works
Tell us your dates, number of adults and children and preferred room type. We reply with availability and the rate. Once you confirm, we explain how to secure the booking. Please note that bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed, and a refundable security deposit is collected at check-in.
Before you arrive
Bring valid photo ID for every guest (passport and visa for international travellers). Payment at the resort is in cash, so please plan ahead — reception can help with money exchange. Read our booking policy for full details.
