Booking & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to all direct bookings at Goan Cafe N Resort. Please contact us if anything is unclear before you confirm.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed your dates, room and rate in writing and received any requested advance payment.

Cancellations and changes

All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed. Date changes may be possible at the resort’s discretion and subject to availability — contact us as early as possible.

Security deposit and payment

A mandatory, refundable security deposit is collected at arrival and returned at check-out after the room is inspected. Payments at the resort are accepted in cash.

Identification

Valid photo ID is required for every guest. Foreign nationals must present a passport with a valid Indian visa; the resort is legally required to register foreign guests.

House rules

• Pets are not allowed
• Visitors may stay in the lobby until 10:00 pm and are not permitted in rooms
• Combustible or hazardous items are not allowed
• Guests are responsible for damage to property
• Please respect the protected turtle nesting areas on the beach
