When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide — your name, email, phone number, travel dates, number of guests and message — plus the page you enquired from and campaign tags in the link. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to help prevent spam.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, manage your booking and, if you stay with us, meet our legal guest-registration obligations. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting booking, and for any period required by law.
